We believe that church should be more like a gym than a movie theater. Instead of sitting and watching, we have several parts to our service to help you grow spiritually. Dress code is casual.
Order of Service
Musical Worship- A mix of contemporary and hymns
Apologetics- Learn how to defend your faith and how God's word proves true
or
Missionary Moments- Discover what God is doing in our community and around the world with updates from missionaries that we support. Join them in their mission through prayer
Scripture Reading- God's word is central to Christian life and is central in our service. We read scripture together to hear God's word
Corporate Prayer- Prayer is our most important tool as a church and praying together is commanded by God (Acts 1:14)
Sermon- We teach through the Bible in context. Messages are intended to be engaging and applicable to your life
Communion- We celebrate the Lord's Supper once a month on the first Sunday of the month. All who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are welcome to participate
The service lasts around an hour each week.
We have a Sunday School before service at 9:00 which lasts until 9:45.
Children are welcome and expected in the service. Children are not just the future of the church, they are the church. Busy Bags and coloring pages are provided.
Please reach us at pastor@kielercommunitychurch.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We are a casual church. You are welcome as you are. There is no dress code, but we ask that you remember that you are coming to church while choosing your outfit.
All are welcome and encouraged to visit.
We have a variety of music styles, from traditional hymns to contemporary worship songs.
Of course. Children are the church, not just the future. They learn a lot just by being in the room. As parents, the leaders of Kieler Community Church know that sometimes kids are noisy and messy. We get it!
We will have a space available if you need to step out of service.
We do not. We know that taking an offering can be uncomfortable, but we do provide an offering box in the back of the sanctuary.
In obedience to God, members of Kieler Community Church are expected to tithe 10%. Guests and visitors are not expected to give anything.
